Mae cefnogi pobl i fynd mewn i faes gofal plant fe

Mae cefnogi pobl i fynd mewn i faes gofal plant fel gyrfa yn rhywbeth sy’n agos at ein calonnau. Yr wythnos hon, cawsom y cyfle i fynychu lansiad profiad Rhith-wirionedd (VR) gyda Gofal Cymdeithasol Cymru, sydd wedi’i gynllunio i helpu myfyrwyr i ddewis gyrfa ym maes gofal. Roedd yn wych gweld y profiad VR yn ei gyfanrwydd, ar ôl i ni helpu i ddatblygu ei gynllun. Gobeithio y gwelwn fwy o bobl yn dewis gweithio yn byd gofal plant, er mwyn ateb y galw cynyddol.

Something close to our hearts is supporting people into childcare as profession. This week we got to attend the launch of a VR experience with Social Care Wales to help students choose care as a profession. It was great to see the VR experience in its entirety after supporting the creation of its layout. Let’s hope that we’ll see more people choosing childcare to support the increase of demand. #gofalplant #childcare
